Suction Drum

Application: 

-Winsing Suction Drum (Vacuum Roll) is designed to manage max web widths of 1650 or customize.

-To optimize vacuum surface on different web widths, the roll can be realized with adjustable vacuum area.

-Any type of material could be managed with a total web pulling force up to 2500 N.

- Other pulling force values can be realized upon request.

Main technical parameters:

Maximum applied web tension: 2500 N

Roll outer diameter: 600 mm or 900 mm

Also available with adjustable vacuum zone — 

adjustment can be done manually using a hand tool on narrow-width drums, or via a motorized system for full-width configurations
