Application: 

This Sandpaper Rewinder is a high-precision winding machine specifically engineered for the finishing and converting of coated abrasives, including sandpaper, abrasive belts, and grinding cloth. As the final critical equipment in the sandpaper production line, it expertly rewinds or slit-rewinds processed webs (after coating, electrocoating, drying, and flexing) into finished parent rolls or small rolls ready for sale or further processing. Featuring advanced center winding combined with taper tension control technology, this machine ensures perfectly wound rolls with straight edges and consistent hardness, effectively eliminating common issues such as wrinkling, telescoping, and core crushing often associated with thick and rigid abrasive materials.
