This Sandpaper Flexing Machine is a specialized finishing machine designed for the post-treatment of coated abrasives such as sandpaper, abrasive belts, and sanding discs. After the coating, electrocoating, and curing processes, the adhesive bond and backing material become rigid and brittle. Our flexing machine subjects the sandpaper to controlled, multi-directional bending and flexing action, effectively cracking the rigid bond structure and relieving internal stresses. This process imparts the final product with superior flexibility, softness, and anti-curl properties, making it ideal for subsequent converting operations (slitting, sheeting) and ensuring optimal conformability during user applications.
