being applied onto the adhesive-coated backing material.

   This process improves abrasive grain orientation, cutting efficiency and product consistency, making it especially

suitable for premium coated abrasive products.

During the electrostatic coating process, abrasive grains receive an electrical charge and move through an electrostatic field. 

The grains are aligned vertically and penetrate into the adhesive layer, creating a uniform and efficient abrasive surface.
