Winsing Make Coat Coater is a key machine in coated abrasive manufacturing lines, specially designed for applying the first adhesive layer onto abrasive backing materials.

The make coat process provides strong bonding between the backing material and abrasive grains, ensuring uniform grain adhesion and improving the quality and durability of finished abrasive products.

The machine is suitable for manufacturing abrasive paper, sanding belts, abrasive cloth and other coated abrasive products.

Application: 

Suitable for precision coating of phenolic resin, urea resin, epoxy resin, animal glue and other materials such as paper-based, cloth based, composite materials, mesh cloth, film and non-woven fabrics;

Suitable for various adhesives such as phenolic resin, urea formaldehyde resin, epoxy adhesive, animal glue, etc
