This Electrostatic Sandpaper Coater is a state-of-the-art electrocoater specifically designed for the critical electrostatic mineral coating process in the production of coated abrasives (sandpaper, abrasive belts, sanding discs). Positioned after the adhesive coater and before the pre-drying oven, this machine utilizes a high-voltage electrostatic field (up to 200kV) to charge abrasive grains (aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, etc.) and propel them uniformly onto the adhesive-coated backing material . This technology ensures that grains are embedded with their sharpest points outward, maximizing cutting efficiency and product durability. It is the essential core equipment for manufacturing high-performance abrasives.
