Our mixing kettle is purpose-built for the rigorous demands of sandpaper converting lines, ensuring perfect resin rheology before coating.

Key Engineering Features: 

1. Superior Material & Hygiene: Constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS304/316L), the internal tank surface is precision-polished. This design facilitates rapid glue residue removal and thorough cleaning, drastically reducing downtime between batch color changes.

2. Precision Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): Equipped with a heavy-duty motor and VFD control, the agitator delivers infinitely variable speeds ranging from 100 to 800 RPM. This ensures optimal shear force for various resin viscosities—from thin phenolic bases to thick epoxy formulations.

3. Adaptive Lifting Agitators: Each mixing impeller is mounted on an independent hydraulic/pneumatic lifting mechanism, allowing vertical movement during the mixing cycle. This 3D agitation pattern eliminates dead zones at the bottom and walls, guaranteeing homogenous adhesive consistency batch after batch.

4. Independent Control Redundancy: Each stirrer is governed by a dedicated control module, allowing operators to fine-tune the speed and lift height independently for complex multi-component adhesive formulations.
